Refund policy
At Souk ViP Centre , we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we make returns easy. We offer a hassle-free refund policy under the following terms:
Return Period:
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery with original receipt.
Online or in-Store:
Choose the option that works best. Return online for a hassle-free pickup or visit your nearest ViP centre store.
Condition of Items:
All returned items must be in their original condition, including tags, labels, and packaging. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for undergarments, lingerie, or other intimate apparel.
Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
-Store Returns: Choose a credit note at stores, or cash refund (valid within 7 days of invoice).
-Online Returns: Customer care team will contact you to get your bank details for a direct refund. Return shipping costs will be added to return the items, KD 1.500
-In case your order contains items under offers: (Buy 1 get 1, Buy 2 get 1), we will accept the Exchange/Return request at stores only if you are returning the complete order).
Note:
-COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Loyalty points are non-refundable.
-Report damaged products within 24 hours
-This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
